Tube Bend Marking Jig

Measure, mark and cut!

Used in conjunction with an angle measuring device such as an inclinometer or bevel gauge, this tool facilitates accurate and low labor marking of round tube bends. This jig can also be clamped in a horizontal bandsaw for quick and easy cutting.

3D Printed out of PETG, this tool has undergone extensive design iterations and testing in our fabrication workshop.

Sizing

We offer jigs for steam pipe, as well as tube. This item is for tube, if you need pipe please see our 'Pipe Bend Marking Jig' listing.

Tube is thin wall (1.6mm) and can be used for most applications such as intakes, headers and exhausts. It's measured using outer diameter.

The following reference table shows the outer diameters used for these jigs. Please ensure you check against your stock to confirm correct sizing.
