Pipe Bend Marking Jig

Measure, mark and cut!

Used in conjunction with an angle measuring device such as an inclinometer or bevel gauge, this tool facilitates accurate and low labor marking of round tube bends. This jig can also be clamped in a horizontal bandsaw for quick and easy cutting.

3D Printed out of PETG, this tool has undergone extensive design iterations and testing in our fabrication workshop.

Sizing

We offer jigs for steam pipe, as well as tube. This item is for pipe, if you need tube please see our 'Tube Bend Marking Jig' listing.

Steam pipe is thick walled and is designed to hold high pressures, which makes it perfect for turbo manifolds. It's measured in Nominal Bore (NB) which refers to the internal diameter. It comes with different wall thicknesses measured in schedule. Our jigs are designed for SCH10 wall thickness (~2.7mm).

The following reference table shows the outer diameters used for these jigs. Please ensure you check against your stock to confirm correct sizing.
